Raja Harpal Singh Mahavidiyalya, Singramau, Jaunpur, U.P., affiliated to Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, U.P. is accredited grade ‘B’ by NAAC, and recognized by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education).
It was founded by Kunwar Shri Pal Singh, Raja Saheb of Singramau in the memory of his late father Raja Harpal Singh Ju Deo on 14 August, 1965. This college has been founded with a mission to provide quality higher education to boys and girls of rural area.
The management of this college is committed to impart excellence in education and inculcate higher values among students. The college is situated in Singramau at the junction of Jaunpur, Sultanpur and Pratapgarh districts on NH56. The vision of the college is to establish a global
education hub for transforming lives and communities through world class learning along with lifelong value based education and training to our students. Currently more than 3000 students are studying in various faculties of the college.

The Internal Quality assurance cell (IQAC) was formed in the year 2012, as per the NAAC guide lines as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure. Since inception the cell is constantly involved in enhancing and maintaining the standard and quality of curricular and co-curricular activities of the college. Proposals and recommendations accepted in the meeting of the cell were directly forwarded to the principal, which are then placed in the managing committee meeting for approval and implementation.
